Every Form'd kit is packed by hand. Our Clay is non-toxic, air-dry, and safe for ages 3 and above. No kiln, no oven, no experience needed. Everything you need is already inside the box.

Browse our kits, add to cart, and checkout securely through Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking all accepted. Pay online and get an additional 5% off on prepaid orders. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once payment is complete.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Standard delivery across India takes 4–7 working days from dispatch. Shipping is free on all orders. Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. We currently ship within India only.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if your kit arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email hello@formd.co with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll respond within 24 hours. Opened or used kits cannot be returned.

Our Clay is non-toxic, air-dry, and soft to work with. No baking, no kiln, no heat — ever. It air- dries naturally in 24–48 hours. Seal unused clay immediately after use and store away from direct sunlight. Kept sealed, Our Clay stays fresh for up to 9 months.

If your kit arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at hello@formd.co within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the packaging and contents. We'll sort it within 24 hours — replacement or full refund, your choice.
