Shipping Policy

Every Form'd kit is packed by hand in Erode, Tamil Nadu. Here's everything you need to know about how it gets to you.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available right now — but watch this space.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery across India takes 4–7 working days from dispatch. Metro cities typically receive orders sooner. Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum order value. No fine print.

Prepaid orders

Get an additional 5% off when you pay online at checkout. Because prepaid just makes things smoother for everyone.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS. Use it to follow your kit's journey on the courier's website or through your Shiprocket tracking link.

Order taking longer than expected?

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us at hello@formd.co with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Failed delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address or you weren't available, the courier will try again. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in this case — so please double-check your address at checkout.

A note on our packaging

We take care with every box we pack. If yours arrives looking worse for wear, photograph it and let us know within 48 hours. We'll make it right.
