Who we are

Form'd is a D2C air-dry clay kit brand founded by Ki & Ka, based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. Our kits are sold through our Shopify store at makeformd.com.

Orders & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST at 12%. We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay — UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking.

Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock or if we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in either case.

Product information

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on screen depending on your device's display settings. Minor variations in clay colour and paint palettes may occur between production batches — this is normal and does not affect quality.

Age recommendation

Form'd adult kits are recommended for ages 14 and above. The Form'd Little Makers Kit is designed for children aged 3–12 and must be used under adult supervision for children under 6. Clay cutters and sculpting tools should always be used with adult guidance for children under 8.

Intellectual property

Everything on makeformd.com — our logo, illustrations, photography, copy, and brand assets — belongs to Form'd. None of it may be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Form'd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products beyond the value of the original purchase. Our kits are creative activity products and are not intended as medical or therapeutic devices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
